This flat is one of three compact Showa-style apartments near Shinjuku.

They are small studio-type apartments, 17㎡ plus loft space.

To Shinjuku it is only a 6 minutes (two subway stops) from Daitabashi station, which is the nearest station to this apartment.

You get your own home WiFi, compact kitchen, a loft area, a bathroom, and a toilet.

This apartment is ideal for 3-4 people (up to 5 people). For a 5th person, we can provide an additional futon on the floor, but this will take up floor space and it is a small apartment.
